All lamb and beef dishes come either as individual portions or portions for two. Prices start at £3.20 for a single portion and £4.75 for a generous serving for two people.
Lamb & Cranberry Casserole
Pieces of succulent home produced lamb, slowly casseroled with cranberries, red wine and tomatoes.
Moussaka
Home produced lean minced lamb, layered with aubergines and topped with a creamy sauce made with mature cheddar.
Lamb with Port and Winter Fruit
A luxurious dish of home produced succulent diced lamb, slowly cooked in a casserole of port and red wine, with smoked bacon, prunes and cranberries.
Shepherd's Pie
Minced lamb, cooked with tomatoes, carrots and herbs, topped with creamy mashed potato.
Mediterranean Lamb Casserole
Succulent pieces of home-produced lamb, slowly casseroled with apricots, ginger, coriander and cinnamon.
Pies
Choose from lamb and mint, steak and onion or steak and kidney. These are made using locally produced lamb and beef with a butter pastry, enriched with egg.
Beef Lasagna
Lean minced Dexter beef cooled with tomatoes, mushrooms and herbs, layered with pasta and topped with a creamy mature cheddar cheese sauce.
Chilli Con Carne
Locally produced minced Dexter beef, with kidney beans and green peppers in a hot tomato sauce.
Cottage Pie
Lean minced Dexter beef with carrots, tomatoes and herbs topped with creamy mashed potato.
Beef in Ale Casserole
Tender pieces of Dexter beef, slowly cooked in brown ale and flavored with balsamic vinegar and thyme.
Beef Stew & Dumplings
