Entrance hall, sitting room overlooking fields and river, farmhouse kitchen/dining room with inglenook fireplace, utility with washer/dryer & freezer. Shower room.

Landing , main double bedroom overlooking river & countryside, twin bedroom, single bedroom with 2ft 6in bed, two steps up to bathroom and twin bedded room with 3ft bunk bed. The first floor does have some low beams. Oil central heating. Garden with furniture.
